To me it reminds much of the first sun rising after imbolc. I tend to sit out and wait for the first rays of sun that beckon on the coming for the growing year.

Personally though that is only touching the service, if I'm honest the meaning and symbolism is something only you can derive. What does it means to you?

Take the rays of the sun? Is it sunrise or sunset?

Then theres the tree which to me is the thing that stands out the most about that painting. If you want share your thoughts here and perhaps we can all chip in with a little help in solving this :)

i got the impression it was sun set., the bare tree is possinly me feeking numb. or lacking some thing. the sun represents something on the horizon , not sure what.

Now I didn't think the tree represented a loss or lack of feeling. To me it was more a symbol of growth to come. Maybe that feeling you have about something on the horizon could be a change that you've been waiting for, perhaps its even a new insight you never had before :)

Hope that helps a little.

hmm may be. i have another one got to render it to paper yet, its a lake with a spectrum going into the perspective.
unlike most water it isnt reflecting a rainbow in the sky. which is clear celuriun blue with a few clouds( fluffy white ones)
the spectrun starts from the closest point with purple and goes to the perspctive point which is the red end.
will post it when its done
