When using oils in a bath whilst preggie only use 4-6 drops of oil at a time.
Back Rub Oil Recipe:
Rose Oil
Geranium oil
Lavendar Oil Chamomile (Roman) Oil
Take 30 drops of each, add to 2 Tablesppons to a bowl, add essentials oils and rub. This will lift your spirits while relaxing you.
Morning sickness:
At night take a bowl of boiled water and add 4-6 drops of spearmint, place it by your bed or in a vaporizer and it will clam your belly.
Stretch marks :
Massage Oil Base:
Almond Oil 2 Tablespoons
Wheatgerm Oil 1 tablespoon
Boarge seed Oil 10 drops
Carrot Oil 5 drops
Skae oils together and use when needed. Massage whereever stretch marks are.
As the base oil comes to 3 Tablespoons plus 15 drops, you will need 12 drops of eessential oil for 2 tablespoons of base oil, 6 drops for 1 tablespoon oil, given the total mimimun of 18 drops of eesential to 3 tablespoons of base oil.

Rose Bulgar oil 7 drops
Lavendar oil 6 drops
Tangerine oil 5 drops
Mix these together, take 18 drops of this oil and add to the base quanity oil given above
