Hey all,

I was just wondering if anyone had had any practise in tincture making, and any recipes they'd like to share?

I'm compending (is that even a word?) information at the moment, and plan to make a tincture soon :)

Laura! I was really excited then for a moment and thought that someone had posted something, and then found it was you, LOL.

I'm sure I've heard it being said somewhere, but compiling is also good, haha.

Well herbs aren't my strong point, I tend to be simple with them, for example I'm quite good with the old nettle tea lol.

Don't quote me but I think there are some recipe's in the e-zines somewhere that might interest you. Other than that I have to wait for my herbal expert. Though I may have a few things knocking around here that I could post up for you :)
