Fudge

This is for anyone with an interest in making candles, oils, remedies or even just some fun Pagan themed ideas. You'll also find some useful herbal help for those who are unsure.

Fudge

Ingredients

200ml milk
250g butter
1kg sugar
5tbsp golden syrup
400g condensed milk

1 Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil on high heat for 15 minutes. Stir continuously until soft ball stage is reached (approx 115 degrees c on a sugar thermometer).

2 Pour into a bowl and leave to cool slightly. Whisk until the mixture thickens. This can take 5 - 10 minutes.

3 Pour into a baking tray lined with baking parchment and leave to cool.

Voila - fudge!

You forgot to include an important bit at the end... shake each piece before you eat it, so all the calories fall off!!

They'll have to, as it sounds too good to eat just one piece!!

Oh sorry I mean; I tried to make fudge once; I still have a scar on my arm where it splashed me. You do not want to scold yourself with fudge, believe.

It wouldn't have been so bad if it had worked but for some reason it wouldn't set. :(

Couldn't just send me some of yours could you Freyja? :twisted:
