Easy Choc Chip Muffins

This is for anyone with an interest in making candles, oils, remedies or even just some fun Pagan themed ideas. You'll also find some useful herbal help for those who are unsure.

Easy Choc Chip Muffins

You will need 12 muffin baking cases or a tray.
8ozs of castor sugar
8ozs of self raising flour
8ozs of butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3ozs ofcocoa powder
4 eggs
150g of milk or white chocolate
method
Heat oven to 150 degrees.
Put all ingredients exept chocolate in electric mixer.
Beat for 5 mins.
Chop chocolate up into small pieces and fold into mixture.
Bake in centre of oven for aprox. 25 mins, or until quite firm.

I think I'll do some baking tomorrow so I'll let you know how the muffins turn out.
