The Oracle

An attunement to connect us with our higher selves, free us from karma and awaken the five higher energy centres.

* Have the person sit comfortably in front of you. Feet should be touching the ground (for grounding).

* Take several deep breaths to balance and centre yourself and call upon the energy of the Archangel Michael to be with you.

* Facing the person, put your left hand on your heart and your right on their crown. Stay in this position until you intuitively feel it is time to move.

* Walking clockwise, put your hand on the crown facing each of the four directions staying as long as you feel necessary in each position. You will end up facing them again having walked all the way round. your left hand remains on your heart the whole time.

* Raise your right hand above their crown, drawing five clockwise spirals.

* Imagine a shaft of light coming down from the cosmos, grab hold of the shaft and pull it down into the crown chakra of the person, seeing it go down through all the chakras and the centre of the earth.

* Lay your hand ypon the crown for a moment.

* Walk clockwise until you are facing their right side and place your left hand at the back of the head and your right on the third eye chakra. Stay as long as you feel necessary.

* Leading with the left hand go down each of the chakras, one at a time i.e. left hand on back of throat, right hand on front... left hand on back of heart, right hand on front... proceed through the solar plexus and sacral chakras.

* Put your left hand on the coccyx and your right hand in the air to form a conduit through which the divine energy flows. See the shaft, which extends from the cosmos to the Earth's centre being activated and filled with light.

* Slide your left hand up the back of the heart centre and place your right hand over the other.

* Keeping the left hand on the back of the heart, move the right hand, in sequence, to the back of the throat, back of the third eye, the crown, the third eye, the throat and finally the heart. You finish with hands on the front and back of the person's heart chakra. (These movements are much quicker than the rest of the attunement).

*It is very important that the person lies down for at least ten minutes afterwards. Choose where they will lie down before you begin and have a pillow and blanket ready.

The whole process takes between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the person.
